Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping instructions, including the delivery address and relevant contact details, when placing an order.
Orders are generally delivered by courier and may require a signature upon delivery. Where no recipient will be available, the customer may provide authority to leave the order in a nominated safe location. Where authority to leave is provided, the customer accepts responsibility for the order once it has been delivered in accordance with those instructions.
Any requested changes to the delivery address or shipping instructions must:
* be provided to The Picklr Store in writing;
* be approved byThe Picklr Store; and
* be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled dispatch date.
Orders may be dispatched earlier than anticipated. We cannot guarantee that changes received after an order has been processed or dispatched can be accommodated.
The customer will be responsible for any additional freight, redirection, storage, return-to-sender or redelivery charges resulting from:
* incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
* no recipient being available to accept the delivery;
* changes requested after the order has been processed or dispatched; or
* delivery instructions that were not approved by Good Things.
Delayed, Missing or Damaged Deliveries
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery and notify The Picklr Store as soon as possible if an order:
* has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe;
* is missing any products or cartons;
* has been damaged during delivery; or
* appears to have been delivered to an incorrect location.
Where possible, delivery issues should be reported within 14 days of dispatch. Customers should provide the order number, details of the issue and photographs of any damaged products, cartons or packaging.
Where The Picklr Store arranged the delivery, we will assist with and, where appropriate, lodge the claim with the courier. Customers must provide any information reasonably required for us to investigate the delivery or submit a claim.
Where an order is confirmed as lost or damaged in transit, The Picklr Store will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacing the affected products or providing a refund, subject to the circumstances and any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
The 14-day notification request does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where the customer has arranged and engaged their own carrier, responsibility for pursuing any delivery claim will generally rest with the customer.
